Abstract
Sudies on the Stability of Propantheline bromide.
We studied the Degredation of Propantheline bromide power and in the aqueous solution on effect of pH to the degredation and the coexisting components (Dried Aluminum hydroxide Gel, Calcium carbonate, Magnesium oxide, magnesium trisilicate and Sodium bicarbonate) by temperature and humidity according to the Garrett method.
Results are as follow:
1. The Rates of degredation of the propantheline bromide powder and solution could be observed as the first order reaction to the temperature and the time.
2. degredation in the solution is effected remarkably by PH under 4 over 7.
3. Degredation is effected by the coexisting components, as following order magnesium oxide, Dried Aluminum hydroxide Gel, and magnesium trisilicate on the temperature.
4. Ont the humidity, degredation is effected by coexisting components over CRH 50%.
